The Spritkenig app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide my Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which can make your phone vulnerable to malware and compromise your device security features.

You should be aware that there are certain things Julian Pomper will not take responsibility for. Certain app functions require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Julian Pomper cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you have no data allowance left.

If you are using the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your agreement terms with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.

Along the same lines, Julian Pomper cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure your device stays charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, Julian Pomper cannot accept responsibility.
